So some of us are more metabolically over-sensitive, though not just Autistics/ND‘s, as ‘Vegan Straight-Edge‘ research years ago highlighted: our food-chain, especially wheat/dairy products is being used as a social-control mechanism, and is impacting on our health and wellbeing as researchers like Prof. Cade, Prof. Dohan and others warned us, regarding the long-term health consequences to the general population of these ‘foods‘ in the 1930’s. They are causing mental ill health and distress.
These wheat products, (with more gluten) were introduced only 200 years ago and some of us have not evolved and adapted genetically well to them. The evolution process takes more than 200 years.
Modern ‘dairy‘ is over-processed and this is the real problem. You can’t get ‘natural‘ cows milk anymore. We all have a problem with too much yeast in modern western diets too.
